Alex Foxen’s solid PokerGO Tour results in April 2025 earn him the GPI Player of the Month title.
Following multiple strong results in the PokerGO events, Alex Foxen has been named the April GPI Player of the Month.
The American pro, who previously earned GPI Player of the Year honours, recorded five top-10 finishes in April, including two title wins.
Foxen accumulated $943,485 in total earnings during the month. According to the Hendon Mob, this brings Foxen’s live tournament earnings to approximately $45.7 million.
His most notable April results include two $15,100 buy-in wins—one in Pot-Limit Omaha at the PGT PLO Series, worth $315,000, and another in No-Limit Hold’em at the US Poker Open for $340,200.
Kristen Foxen also posted a victory during the month. She won Event #1 of the US Poker Open, a $5,100 buy-in tournament, and collected $158,025. Her win marks another milestone in a career that includes five WSOP bracelets and induction into the Women in Poker Hall of Fame.
Coming back to Alex Foxen, he added a runner-up finish in the $5,000 PLO Bounty event at the PGT PLO Series, earning $41,610.
He followed this with a third-place result in a $15,000 event for $143,775 and a fifth-place finish for $102,900 in another $15,000 No-Limit Hold'em tournament at the US Poker Open.

In March, Foxen cashed five times at the Triton Jeju series, including a third-place bounty finish that brought in $221,000. He is expected to continue competing throughout the Triton Montenegro series in May.
April also featured notable performances from Matthew Wantman and James Collopy. Wantman secured seven cashes, one title in a $10,000 event, and a runner-up finish for $242,550.
Collopy won the $25,000 PLO Series Championship for $450,367 and finished second in a $10,000 buy-in event for $174,400.
