Tony Ren Lin achieved a rare back-to-back victory at APT Jeju 2026, winning the Super High Roller and Superstar Challenge. He earned over USD 600,000 and two trophies, cementing his reputation as a high-stakes powerhouse in the Asian poker scene.

Tony Ren Lin has made history at the Asian Poker Tour Jeju Classic 2026 by winning two major high-stakes events within 48 hours.

The Chinese poker professional dominated the field at the Landing Casino, proving his status as one of the most formidable players on the circuit today.

Lin first found success in the KRW 15M Super High Roller. Despite being down to just two big-blinds during three-handed play, he orchestrated a massive comeback. He eventually defeated Japan’s Ryuta Nakai to take home KRW 396,317,500 and the Pewter Lion trophy.

Without missing a beat, Lin entered the KRW 35M Superstar Challenge, the highest buy-in event of the series. He maintained his momentum by bagging the chip lead on Day 1.

On the final day, he navigated a tough final table featuring Joseph Cheong and Paulius Plausinaitis. Lin defeated Quang Minh Nguyen heads-up to earn another KRW 465,270,000 and the Black Stealth Lion trophy.

These consecutive victories earned Lin over USD 600,000 in total prize money. He also secured two seats for the season-ending APT Championship 2026 in Taipei. Lin credited his success to a strong mindset, noting that he performs better when the pressure increases.
