Same principle here, for each $ cent raked you receive 1 point. However, you need to complete a chest within 28 days otherwise you´ll get reset to the previous level.

Pokerplanets Poker
This poker site is a stand-alone site but, as stated, it has a massive database of players waiting to get reactivated.
