APT Jeju 2026 has produced 52 reported side-event winners through Day 6, led by Kenji Arai’s Single Day High Roller victory. Multiple titles have gone to Yih Ming Hsu, Daiki Aoki, Yi Wang and Suiyuan Chen so far to date.

APT Jeju 2026 has already produced a long list of side-event champions through the first six days of competition, with first-time winners sharing the spotlight with established Asian Poker Tour title holders.

The opening stretch has included victories across No-Limit Hold'em, Omaha, mixed games, high rollers, women's tournaments and turbo formats. Several players have also managed to win twice during the festival.

Japan's Kenji Arai has recorded the largest first-place payout among the completed side events covered through Day 6. Arai won Event #46: Single Day High Roller for KRW 99,666,000 after overcoming a 105-entry field.

The festival began on September 25 with seven side-event champions crowned. Yi Ye recorded her maiden APT victory in the opening Single Day High Roller, taking the title following an ICM deal. Yuan Lei, Bo Dou and Yongliang Li also secured their first APT titles.

Zehao Li collected his third APT title, while Houyu Zheng earned his second. Hsu began what would become a two-title start to the festival by winning Event #4.

Hsu Completes Back-to-Back Wins on Day 2

Eight more champions were recorded on September 26, including another victory for Hsu.
Hsu followed his Day 1 victory by winning Event #13 for his second title in as many days and his third career APT title.

Jamie Lunt returned to recorded live tournament action for the first time since 2017 and won the PL Omaha High - High Roller for his maiden APT title. Qiang Ying, Tharit Nanthana, Hideki Nakamura and Yuming Poon also secured their first APT trophies.

Wenchao Liu topped a 94-entry field in the Single Day High Roller - Mystery Bounty and received KRW 59,838,800 in combined winnings, including KRW 15,050,000 in bounties.

Suiyuan Chen defeated a 233-entry Sunday Super Stack field for her second career APT title, while Daiki Aoki moved to six APT titles by winning the Masters Omaha event.

Erika Konishi, Jie Zhang, Hideyuki Sasa, Shurong Huang and John Lee Kah Huat were among the players collecting maiden APT titles.

Aoki became another two-time winner at APT Jeju 2026 by adding Event #38 to his earlier Masters Omaha victory. The result moved him to seven career APT titles.

Shu Liu won the 91-entry JOPT-sponsored freezeout for KRW 26,821,200 and also received a JOPT NLH Crown ticket worth JPY 250,000. 

The top 30 finishers received JOPT NLH Millions tickets worth JPY 40,000, valid for a player's choice of JOPT Tokyo event before September 30, 2027.

Lili Tang secured her third APT title, while Ruidi Yu and Chuer Ni each collected their second. Chung Ching Cheung moved to four APT titles.

Arai Records Career-Best Single Day High Roller Win

Day 5 produced several of the largest payouts from the side events reported during the opening six days.

Arai defeated the largest Single Day High Roller field of APT Jeju 2026 reported through Day 5, beating 105 entries for KRW 99,666,000 and his maiden APT title. The result was also described by the APT as the biggest score of his career.

Yi Wang became the third player to win twice during the festival, following his Event #15 victory with the Event #49 title. The second result earned him KRW 33,800,000 and raised his career APT title count to three.

Yun Lam Kevin Choi won his sixth APT title, Wang Zhujun secured her second, Joris Michl collected his fourth and Yan Zhang earned his second.

Jialiang Sun and Minghong Zhao both converted their first recorded live tournament cashes into maiden APT titles.

Chen Joins the Two-Time Winners on Day 6

Tran Hanh moved to nine career APT titles after defeating a 28-entry Masters Fixed Limit Draw Poker field.
Suiyuan Chen joined Hsu, Aoki and Yi Wang as a two-time winner at APT Jeju 2026. After winning the Sunday Super Stack on Day 3, Chen added Event #58 for her third career APT title.

Su Yang recorded a career-best result with his Event #56 victory, while Geka Aoi turned her first recorded live tournament cash into an APT title.

Pavel Platonov, Yixiang Zhu and Qinxue Jiang also secured maiden APT titles. Jiang's KRW 21,175,600 victory in the Hyper Turbo - High Roller represented the biggest recorded score of his career.
