GGPoker will launch Ocean Rewards on January 30, 2026. The new loyalty program replaces Fish Buffet and introduces Tide Points, Gems, cashback up to 80 percent, and tier status locked for one year across all levels.
GGPoker has confirmed the launch of Ocean Rewards on January 30, 2026. The new loyalty system will replace Fish Buffet and apply to all eligible players on the platform. Ocean Rewards introduces a revised structure for cashback, points, and tier security.
How Ocean Rewards Works
Ocean Rewards is built around Tide Points and Gems. Players earn Tide Points through rake generation. The earning rate is fixed at 100 Tide Points for every one dollar in rake. These points determine tier progress within the loyalty program.
Gems are earned alongside Tide Points. As players move through tiers, the Gem multiplier increases. Gems can be exchanged inside the rewards store based on the player’s tier level.
Ocean Rewards offers cashback of up to 80 percent. The cashback rate applies across all tiers. Once a tier is reached, it remains locked for a full year. Players do not need to requalify during that period.
This structure allows players to plan volume without the risk of losing status during the year.
Automatic Tier Upgrade for Existing Players
All players will receive a free promotion to a higher tier at launch. Fish Buffet Platinum Octopus members will move directly into the Octopus tier under Ocean Rewards.
Ocean Rewards marks a clear shift in how loyalty is structured on GGPoker. Fixed tiers, defined point systems, and locked status form the core of the update. The program will go live on January 30, 2026.
