EPT Paris 2026 Main Event Portugal’s Jorge Abreu, playing under the moniker "Jorginho88," entered the final day with a massive chip lead and never looked back. Abreu seemed untouchable, finding the right cards at the right moments.
Despite his dominance, Abreu remained humble:
I think I did what I had to do, and I got really, really, really lucky. To be honest, I’m feeling the same as I was 24 hours ago... I haven’t landed yet I guess. But it feels really good
While Abreu was the champion, German streamer Felix “xflixx” Schneiders was the heart of the tournament. Starting the final day as the shortest stack with only 10 big blinds, Schneiders rode a wave of "GRND" support and timely double-ups to reach heads-up play.
