Canadian poker professional Daniel Negreanu has solidified his position among the top 10 wealthiest poker players in 2025, with his net worth reportedly reaching $70 million. This marks a significant increase from his estimated $50 million net worth in 2023.
Negreanu's net worth can be attributed to a series of successful tournament performances. In February 2022, he claimed victory in the $25,000 No Limit Hold'em – PokerGO Cup #6 event.
He followed this with three final table finishes in other PGT events and secured another title at the PGT Wynn High Rollers in March 2022.
The World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 saw Negreanu cash eight times, with his highest payout of $57,738 coming from a 16th place finish in the $25,000 Pot Limit Omaha High Roller 8-Handed event.
He also recorded nine online cashes during the WSOP Online 2022, including a fifth-place finish in the $7,777 No Limit Hold'em – Lucky 7s High Roller event, earning $88,081.
September 2022 brought Negreanu his largest cash of the year and the second-highest of his career. He triumphed in the $300,000 No Limit Hold'em – Super High Roller Bowl VII (SHRB) event, defeating Nick Petrangelo heads-up for a $3,312,000 payday.
The highlight of Negreanu's recent career came in 2024 when he captured his seventh WSOP bracelet in the prestigious $50,000 Poker Players Championship, earning $1,178,703.
This victory ended an 11-year bracelet drought for the player known as 'KidPoker'. At WSOP 2024, Negreanu cashed 10 times in live tournaments and also grabbed pay cheques in the WSOP Online events for a total of nine times.
According to Hendon Mob, Negreanu's live tournament earnings have surpassed $54 million as of the end of 2024. His most substantial single cash remains $8,288,001 for a second-place finish in the $1,000,000 No Limit Hold'em – The Big One for One Drop event at the 2014 WSOP.
These accomplishments place the GGPoker ambassador on the seventh position on the All Time Money List and at the top of the Canada All Time Money List.
