  • Phenom Poker offers nosebleed mixed games with poker legends.
  • Online nosebleed action is now split across multiple platforms.

Are you looking for the biggest cash pots and nosebleed stakes that make the weak-hearted faint? We are not talking about the rare unicorns where some big shot is waiting to bust balls at the $10K/20K table, but where you can find the stakes and the players.

If your answer is yes, it seems that in 2026 the high roller arena is more fragmented, with new bosses taking the stage from the old kings of cash games.

A new QuintAce Poker Ecology Report digs into exactly this question, researching the state of the major online poker rooms where $25/50 and higher NLHE cash games actually run. The report looks at real liquidity, including tables per day, table-hours, uptime and concurrency.

And we at PokerWired dug a bit deeper.

Where Can You Actually Find $25/50+ Games?

WPT GlobalMajor high-stakes ecosystemHuge volume at serious stakes

GGPokerRegular high-stakes trafficLarge overall player pool
PokerStarsEstablished high-stakes actionStill a major destination

The QuintAce study covers GGPoker, PokerStars, ACR/WPN, CoinPoker, WPT Global and WPT Gold, using the same definitions and methodology for each room.

Stats and data from the online poker nosebleed action in 2026.

Kings of High Roller Cash Games: WPT Global & CoinPoker

The wider QuintAce research analyzed around 2.6 billion NLHE hands and tracked the biggest winners at the major online rooms.
  • WPT Global produced the biggest tracked winner, with huangyangliu recording more than $5.3 million in profit from 702,743 hands.
  • CoinPoker also had a serious presence at the top of the leaderboard. KayhanMok recorded around $2.31 million in profit from just 71,383 hands, showing just how violently high-stakes results can swing when somebody is playing the biggest games.

CoinPoker is particularly interesting because of the heads-up action.

Among its top 25 tracked winners, 79.3% of their net winnings came from heads-up games, even though heads-up hands represented only 12.2% of hands on the platform.

Bubbling Under: Phenom Poker

What the QuintAce data misses is the action at Phenom Poker.

If you want to play mixed games or 2-7 Triple Draw against top opponents at nosebleed stakes, Phenom is becoming a pretty serious destination. Online poker legends are regulars at the high-stakes tables, with Viktor “Isildur1” Blom recently spotted battling at $200/400 2-7 Triple Draw.

Phenom has also been running much bigger games. Viktor Blom's recent Phenom campaign included 2-7 Triple Draw, Limit Omaha 8/b and 8-Game Mix at $2,000/4,000, with more than $1.75 million in tracked profit during an 11-day stretch.

So, here comes a room that isn't focusing on NLHE, means business, but has built its identity around mixed games and poker specialists. That is why its nosebleed action can look very different from the standard $25/50 NLHE arena.

Phenom is very interesting, especially now that its first-ever major tournament series, PSOP 2026, is about to hit the stage.

So Where Did The Online Nosebleeds Move?

In 2026 high rollers with their nosebleeds have multiple homes.

The biggest NLHE action is distributed between several major rooms, with WPT Global, CoinPoker, GGPoker, PokerStars and ACR/WPN all hosting serious high-stakes games.

But if you want something more exotic, Phenom Poker is the freakshow worth experiencing.

The QuintAce data shows where the regular high-stakes NLHE liquidity lives. Phenom shows another side of the modern nosebleed online arena, where 200/400 Triple Draw, 2K/4K mixed games and online poker legends can regulary turn up in the lobby.
