€5,300 Main Event at EPT Malta 2025

The €5,300 Main Event at EPT Malta 2025 unfolded as a true test of poker endurance and strategy. Over multiple days, hundreds of hopefuls chased glory, but only one man emerged at the top — Tomasz Brzezinski.

Brzezinski clinched the title and €631,632 after surviving a 898-player field that generated a €4,355,300 prize pool. His heads-up opponent, Mykhailo Ostash, delivered an inspiring performance to finish runner-up for €603,058. For Brzezinski, this marked a breakthrough after another deep EPT run earlier in the year. 

2025 €100,000 EPT Super High Roller

High drama and precision play defined the €100,000 Super High Roller, the jewel of Malta’s elite poker schedule. Every pot was significant, and the tension was palpable from the first card to the final showdown.

Greek pro Alexandros Theologis emerged victorious, claiming €776,200 after besting 16 entries packed with world-class talent. The runner-up spot went to Orpen Kisacikoglu, who took €465,700 after a strong showing in the high-stakes format.

This victory marked Theologis’ first major live title, a reward for years of consistent excellence online and on the circuit.

€1,650 PokerStars Open 2025

The €1,650 PokerStars Open embodied the inclusive side of EPT Malta. With an accessible buy-in but professional-level structure, it drew 1,845 players from across Europe to create a €2,656,800 prize pool.

Scott Margereson lifted the trophy after an exceptional performance that saw him outplay a massive field and claim €423,700. Runner-up Gerard Carbo took home €264,650 in a career-best showing.

EPT Malta 2025 ends on a high note

EPT Malta 2025 blended prestige, participation, and poker drama into a festival that had something for everyone. The Main Event’s excellence, the Super High Roller’s intensity, and the Open’s mass appeal created the perfect balance of competition and community.
