The biggest draw of the 2026 festival is the introduction of a dual-championship schedule, providing two massive highlight events designed to attract both regional grinders and international high rollers.
The action heats up first with the highly accessible AUD $1,500 WPT Prime Australia Championship, which will run its starting flights and play down to a winner from September 17 to September 22.
Immediately following the Prime event, the heavy hitters will take the stage for the flagship AUD $5,000 WPT Australia Championship, scheduled from September 24 to September 30. Organizers have confirmed that the final tables for both marquee events will be livestreamed globally.
