WPT Global Satellites to WPT Seoul Start at $1.10

WPT Global has opened a low-cost route to WPT Seoul 2026, giving online players the chance to turn a $1.10 satellite entry into a $1,500 live-event package for South Korea.
The qualification campaign runs from August 16 through October 25, 2026. Players can begin at the $1.10 step, progress to an $8.80 satellite and then reach the $88 Sunday qualifier, where at least three WPT Seoul packages are guaranteed each week.
How the WPT Global WPT Seoul Satellites Work
The satellite ladder is designed to give players multiple entry points depending on bankroll. The route starts at $1.10, with successful players advancing through the structure toward the weekly $88 final.
Each Sunday qualifier is scheduled for 12:05 UTC and guarantees at least three $1,500 packages.

The online qualification period continues until October 25, just days before the WPT Seoul festival begins at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort.
What Is Included in the $1,500 WPT Seoul Package?
Each package includes entry to Day 1A of the WPT Seoul Inspire Championship on November 5 plus $250 in expenses credited to the winner’s WPT Global account.
The first 30 package winners also receive four hotel nights at the Brown Dot Hotel Songdo from November 4 to November 8.
Package winners receive access to the VIP Ultra Lounge, the official player party and WPT event merchandise. Players remain responsible for arranging their own travel, passports, visas and other requirements connected with the trip.
The packages cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded, making the satellites specifically aimed at players who intend to travel to South Korea and compete live.
The structure also gives players time to qualify online before making travel arrangements for the live festival in South Korea.
WPT Seoul Debuts at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort
WPT Seoul runs from October 30 to November 9, 2026, at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort near Incheon International Airport.
The festival marks the World Poker Tour’s first event at the resort’s new entertainment space, with poker hosted at YY Poker Club.
The venue features 70 poker tables and a dedicated livestream studio.
Across 11 days, WPT Seoul will offer 46 events with buy-ins ranging from KRW 300,000 to KRW 8,000,000.
The headline WPT Seoul Inspire Championship runs from November 5 to November 9. It carries a KRW 1,750,000 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of KRW 1 billion.
A Low-Cost Route to a Major WPT Festival
For players looking to qualify for a live World Poker Tour event without paying the full Championship buy-in directly, the WPT Global satellite ladder creates a much cheaper starting point.
A successful run from the $1.10 step can ultimately lead to the $1,500 package, while players who prefer a shorter route can enter higher levels of the qualification structure.
With weekly packages guaranteed through October 25 and WPT Seoul beginning five days later, the road to South Korea is already open on WPT Global.
