WPT World Championship Reveals Huge 86-Event Las Vegas Schedule

WPT World Championship 2026

The World Poker Tour has laid out its plans for the biggest stretch of Season 24, and players heading to Las Vegas will need considerably more than a weekend free.


The 2026 WPT World Championship festival runs from November 27 through December 21 at Wynn Las Vegas, with 61 tournaments, 25 satellites and more than $20 million in guarantees spread across 25 days. 


While the $10,400 WPT World Championship remains the centerpiece of the 2026 edition, but the schedule also includes a $5 million WPT Prime Championship and a brand-new $3 million guaranteed Super Gold Million.

WPT World Championship Gets $1M Mystery Bounty Addition

The $10,400 WPT World Championship runs from December 13-20.

Three starting flights are scheduled for December 13, 14 and 15. Players can make one entry in each flight, while the final opportunity to register comes before the start of Day 2 on December 16.

The biggest change for the 2026 edition comes deeper in the tournament.

ClubWPT Gold is adding $1 million in cash and prizes specifically for Mystery Bounties, separate from the prize pool generated through entries. Once the bounty stage begins, qualifying eliminations will give players a chance to draw from that added $1 million pool.

WPT Prime and New Super Gold Million Head Side Schedule

Apart from the actual Championship, there are two more events on this year's schedule worth delving into a little bit further.

The first is the $1,100 WPT Prime Championship, which runs from December 5-12 with $5 million guaranteed. Four starting flights feed into Day 2 before the tournament plays down to its televised final table.

Then comes something entirely new.

The Super Gold Million runs December 10-14 with only a $400 buy-in and $3 million guarantee. The Mystery Bounty event includes four starting flights and unlimited re-entry, with the later stages scheduled for livestream coverage.

High-stakes players also get a $25,800 NLH High Roller on December 17, while several $10,500 events appear later in the festival in PLO and NLH formats.
