WSOP 2025
Daniel Negreanu shared a tweet about his possible World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2025 schedule with 53 events in the mix.

If there’s one person who won’t be getting much sleep this summer, it’s Daniel Negreanu. The poker icon has lined up a WSOP 2025 schedule that looks more like a marathon than a tournament series, with a whopping 53 events on his potential itinerary.

With only two scheduled days off from May 27 to July 16, it’s safe to say that ‘KidPoker’ is going all in.
Negreanu’s tweet gave us a glimpse into his ambitious summer plans, and it’s clear he’s diving headfirst into nearly every high-stakes event WSOP has to offer.

From No-Limit Hold’em to Pot-Limit Omaha to Mixed Games, he’s covering all the bases. But for the first time in his legendary career, he’s also eligible for the $5,000 Seniors No-Limit Hold’em event on June 12, marking a surreal milestone for the player still widely recognized as ‘Kid Poker’.

A Packed WSOP 2025 Schedule

The GGPoker ambassador is no stranger to high-stakes poker, and his 2025 WSOP schedule reflects just that.

He’s got all three six-figure buy-in tournaments on his radar, including the $100,000 NLH High Roller (June 11) and the massive $250,000 Super High Roller (June 15).

Given his history of running deep in these events—albeit with some brutal swings in recent years—he’s hoping for a summer that lands him back in the black.

But it’s not just nosebleed stakes on the menu. He’s throwing in some smaller buy-in tournaments as well, such as the $1,500 Omaha 8-or-Better (May 28) and the $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha (June 13).

With a schedule this packed, the biggest challenge might not be winning a bracelet—it might just be keeping up with the relentless pace.

Will He Book A Profit?

Negreanu hasn’t finished a WSOP in the green since 2021, and last year was particularly rough, with a $170,000 loss despite cashing for over $1.1 million in the Poker Players Championship (PPC) event.

Not booking a profit could feel brutal but that's the nature of the game. This year, Negreanu is determined to turn things around.

Adding another twist to his WSOP campaign, Negreanu has confirmed that he will once again be selling some action. So, if you’ve ever wanted a piece of the Canadian pro’s action, this might be your chance.

A Shot at Poker Glory—And Maybe Player of the Year?

With a schedule this intense, Negreanu will be in prime position to make a run for the WSOP Player of the Year title—a trophy he’s already claimed twice, in 2004 and 2013.

Will this be the summer he turns it around? Negreanu’s WSOP 2025 is going to be a wild ride, and poker fans will be glued to the action every step of the way.

Whether he walks away with another bracelet, a massive profit, or just a mountain of incredible stories, one thing is certain—Daniel Negreanu is all-in for WSOP 2025, and it’s going to be one heck of a show.
