Bernhard Binder fulfilled a breakout prediction by winning the $25,000 Super Main Event for $10,000,000.

Bernhard Binder has won the $25,000 Super Main Event at WSOP Paradise. This win follows a prediction by Mario Mosböck about Binder's future success.

The 27-year-old took home a prize of $10,000,000. This is his first gold bracelet win. Binder spends most of his time playing poker online. He won $1.8 million in the GGMillion$ Main Event earlier this year. His victory today is significantly larger.

He faced Jean-Noel Thorel in a heads-up fight. The match took nearly four hours to complete. Thorel is 51 years older than Binder.

The final table consisted of various poker personalities. Natasha Mercier and Eric Wasserson were among the competitors.

Terrance Reid also made the final cut. Binder praised Thorel for his unpredictable style of play. He called the experience a great challenge.
The tournament featured a $60 million guarantee for the players. It drew 2,891 entries in total. A few players bought into the event over twelve times. This event created a prize pool of $72,275,000. This event is now the largest guaranteed tournament in history.
