 The value is divided into two parts to cover the essential aspects of the trip. The bulk of the prize, $10,000, goes directly toward the buy-in for the Main Event at the Horseshoe and Paris casinos in Las Vegas. The remaining $2,500 is credited to the player's account to fund flights, hotel accommodations, and daily dining expenses.  

A unique detail in the terms of this promotion is the flexibility it offers to the winners. If a player earns a package but faces travel restrictions, scheduling conflicts, or simply prefers to play online, ACR Poker allows them to exchange the package for its full cash value. The $12,500 will be deposited directly into their online balance with no sponsorship strings or live play obligations attached.  

The Sunday Mega Satellites

The promotion relies on four centerpiece tournaments scheduled for every Sunday afternoon during the month of June. These events serve as the final gateway before the packages are distributed to the winners.  

The remaining Mega Satellites will take place on Sunday, June 21, and Sunday, June 28, 2026, with cards in the air at 1:05 p.m. ET. Direct entry into these specific tournaments requires a $630 buy-in. 

Each Sunday event features a strict 10-package guarantee, meaning the platform puts $125,000 worth of value on the table during each weekend session. The tournament structure provides players with a 10,000-chip starting stack and 15-minute blind levels, allowing room for strategic play during the early stages.

The Step System Pipeline

Recognizing that a $630 direct buy-in sits outside the comfort zone of many bankrolls, the site has built a multi-tiered step system that functions around the clock. 

The qualifying ladder starts at the absolute bottom with free-to-enter tournaments running multiple times each day. These freerolls award tickets to the first cash tier, which is a $6.60 Super Satellite. Players who advance past the $6.60 level earn a seat into the $66 intermediate satellites. The $66 events serve as the final step before the Sunday finals, giving players a path to turn a zero-dollar investment into a $630 Mega Satellite ticket.
