Eric Chang Wins Record-Setting WSOP Circuit Main Event at TCH Social

Eric "Slick Ric" Chang won the record-setting WSOP Circuit Main Event at TCH Social in Austin, Texas, collecting $433,670 after topping a 2,090-entry field.

The $1,700 buy-in tournament generated a $3,136,350 prize pool, comfortably exceeding its $2 million guarantee and becoming the largest WSOP Circuit Main Event ever.

The final day began with 18 players remaining and 2026 WSOP Main Event champion Lucas Jumalon holding a sizable chip lead. His run ended in 14th place for $19,030.

Chang emerged with the title at TCH Social, one of six Texas Card House poker clubs in the state.

The victory came in a Main Event that attracted 2,090 entries and created a prize pool of $3,136,350.

The tournament carried a $2 million guarantee, which was surpassed as the field grew beyond 2,000 entries.

Chang's first-place result earned him $433,670 and the WSOP Circuit Main Event title. Lucas Jumalon entered the final day with the chip lead as 18 players returned to continue the tournament.

The reigning 2026 WSOP Main Event champion had won the $10 million world championship title the previous month.

Despite beginning the day with a significant advantage, Jumalon was unable to reach the final table.

His tournament ended in 14th place, earning him $19,030.

The Main Event closed a successful WSOP Circuit series at TCH Social in Austin. The festival featured 18 ring events, with every guarantee on the schedule surpassed.

It marked the second WSOP Circuit series hosted at the TCH Social card room. TCH Social is one of six Texas Card House poker clubs operating in Texas.
