WSOP Super Circuit Canada Schedule Highlights

  • GGPoker Meet-Up Game (September 2 / qualifier access only)
Not a ring event, but it earns its place near the top of any itinerary. The day before Main Event flights begin, GGPoker runs a closed game exclusively for online qualifiers. No walk-ins, no public access. Confirmed at the table: Daniel Negreanu and Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi, the latter fresh off his ninth WSOP bracelet in Las Vegas. More guests are expected. The only entry ticket is qualifying through GGPoker. That alone makes the satellite route worth running even if the Main Event was not behind it.
  • Event #2: NLH Mini Main Event (CA$500 / CA$500,000 GTD)
Three days starting August 27. CA$500,000 guaranteed at a CA$500 buy-in. The guarantee-to-entry ratio here is one of the best on the entire schedule. For players who want a deep-stack format without committing CA$5,000, this is the obvious pick.
  • Event #3: NLH Mystery Bounty (CA$1,000 / CA$400,000 GTD)
Two days, August 29-30. Mystery Bounty formats have been drawing strong fields across the circuit all year and the CA$400,000 guarantee signals organizers expect the same here.
  • Event #4: NLH Super Circuit Championship (CA$2,300 / CA$500,000 GTD)
The pre-Main Event high roller. CA$2,300 buy-in, CA$500,000 guaranteed, ring on the line. A reasonable price point for a circuit championship at this level of series.
  • Event #7: NLH Main Event (CA$5,000 / CA$10,000,000 GTD)
Three starting flights across September 3, 4, and 5. All bags come back for a single Day 2. The largest guaranteed live poker prize pool in Canadian history. Everything else on this schedule is orbiting this event.
  • Event #10: GGMillion$ High Roller (CA$14,000 / CA$1,000,000 GTD)
Fires September 7, right after the Main Event field is set. A CA$1,000,000 guarantee at CA$14,000 will pull the same crowd who busted the Main and want a second shot at something significant.
  • Event #12: NLH Super High Roller (CA$25,000 / no cap)
September 8. No posted guarantee, which is normal at this price point. Biggest buy-in on the schedule. Short field, serious money, nothing more to explain.

The Low Buy-In Side of the Schedule

Not every event here requires a five-figure bankroll. Six events sit at CA$600 or under, including the opening Kickoff, the Mini Main Event, the Ultra Stack, the second Mystery Bounty, and both closing events on September 12.

The Series Saver Hyper Turbo on the final day (CA$500 / CA$50,000 GTD) is exactly what the name promises. Fast structure, low commitment, one last shot before the series wraps. It always draws a crowd and it always closes the week out with noise.
