WPT Global Builds Three Online Paths Into the $10,400 World Championship
- WPT Global runs weekly Main Event satellite qualifiers with three entry routes (from $1.10, $5, or $22) until November 29.
- Winners earn a $12,400 package: $10,400 Main Event seat, $2,000 travel stipend, and additional perks.
- First 30 qualifiers receive a $100,000 Golden Ticket, paid if they win the Main Event at Wynn Las Vegas.
The WPT World Championship may still be almost two months away, but the route into its $10,400 Main Event is already wide open.
WPT Global is running weekly qualification finals through November 29, with three satellite ladders in place to provide three different starting points. The lowest begins at $1.10; all three eventually meet in the same $1,060 Sunday qualifier.
Here is how it all works.
Pick Your Starting Point
This time aroun, the qualification system isn't built around one long mandatory ladder. For 2026, players can enter at several different levels depending on how much of the qualification process they want to play.
| Buy-in Route | Steps |
|---|---|
| $1.10 | $1.10 → $11 → $110 → $1,060 |
| $5 | $5 → $55 → $1,060 |
| $22 | $22 → $220 → $1,060 |
The $1,060 final runs every Sunday until November 29, with feeder satellites available throughout the promotion period, while qualifying finals began September 20.
Sunday Winners Head to Wynn With a $12,400 Package
Those who win their way to a $12,400 WPT World Championship package, ultimately go on to with a Main Event seat with additional money going towards getting to Las Vegas.
The headline portion of the package is pretty straightforward: a $10,400 Main Event entry and $2,000 travel stipend credited to the winner’s WPT Global account. We're broken down the rest of the package in the table below:
| Package Item | Value |
|---|---|
| WPT World Championship Main Event Entry | $10,400 |
| Travel | $2,000 |
| WPT Global Merchandise | Included |
| Wynn Player Rate | Included |
| Player Lounge Access | Included |
| Express Registration | Included |
A Golden Ticket Gives Early Qualifiers an Extra Upside
While the main package doesn't diferentiate between who won it, there is an additional upisde for the first 30 successful WPT Global qualifiers.
Each receives a $100,000 Golden Ticket, tied directly to their eventual World Championship result. Should one of those players end up winning the Main Event, WPT Global will add $100,000 to the player’s prize. Otherwise, the Golden Ticket carries no separate cash payout.
The Destination: WPT World Championship
The Main Event runs from December 13-20 at Wynn Las Vegas.
WPT Global package winners are assigned to Day 1A on December 13 for their first entry. Anyone who wins multiple qualifying packages can use the additional entries on later starting flights.
For now, the qualification route is the most concrete part of WPT Global’s World Championship build-up: Sunday finals are already running, the feeder ladder is open, and the last qualifying date is November 29.
